
CAPITALIZATION FUNDING
● Great investment opportunity to invest in the revitalization Community Project located Baltimore, Maryland. Nehemiah Developers, LLC is seeking accredited investors to raise:
● $35,000,000.00 in Class A Units of Membership Interest
● Investment per Class A Unit: $10,000.00
● Minimum Investment: $200,000.00 (20 Class A Unit)
● Nehemiah Developers, LLC capitalization is to contribute under the 1st round Private Placement (Assembly Packages Phase I &II) is to raise $35,000,000 (Thirty-Five Million dollars) to offset some of the Site Acquisition and Pre-Developments Costs to accomplish the following:
● Purpose for these funds is to acquire site control of Two -Thousand Four-Hundred Ninety-One (2,491) Residential Properties by downpayment deposit of 15% for each property
● Purpose for these funds is to acquire site control of One-Hundred Forty-Two (!142) Commercial Properties by downpayment deposits of 20% for each commercial property
● To offset some of the Pre-Development Costs such as :
○ Environmental Phase I
○ Environmental Phase II
